Insurance Relations
With 30 years experience and success in the collision repair industry, we have always understood the need to maintain and grow
good relationships within the insurance industry. We are currently approved with most quality insurance companies as a
direct repair centre. This brings mutual benefits to all, vehicle owner, insurer, and shop.
The Claims/Repair process becomes streamlined, providing quality repairs in a timely fashion, Cost effectiveness which helps control the need to increase premiums. And of course, scheduling efficiency, which allows the shop to maintain productivity and reduce turnaround and rental time.
We use audatex as our estimating and imaging system and have concessionaries agreements with rental companies that allow us to provide rentals on site.
Of course staff training is a priority. We strive to stay ahead of the technology curve through supplier based and I-car training programs. We have been successful in our bid for a 'Certificate of approval air' from the Ontario Ministry of the Environment, and have partnered with Akzo Nobel "Sikkens", a world leader in automotive refinishing systems, to complete our conversion to water based paint products. After all, sound environmental practices are no longer just an option.
For us, it is all about customer retention, and after working for four generations of some families, we think we may know a little about the subject.
